You can just build the thing now.

It used to be an operator could only tell you what was broken. Now you can just fix it. Some of what I've built:

FIG. 05 · THE QUOTE BUILDER 10 HRS THE BUILDER QUOTE TOTAL ~1 HR

Construction

A quote builder

Quoting a job took about 10 hours: somebody digging through old bids with a calculator, every single time. We built a quote builder that gets it done in about an hour.

Gave back about 9 hours per quote

FIG. 06 · DEAL FLOW SCORE NOT A FIT FITS THE THESIS

Private equity

A deal-sourcing engine

A fund wanted more deal flow without hiring analysts. The system finds targets, researches each one, scores it against their thesis, and flags roll-ups, all on a schedule while everybody sleeps.

Analyst-level research for a few dollars a month

FIG. 07 · THE RAISE NEXT WEEK MON TUE WED THU FRI CALL BRIEF FOLLOW-UPS CRM FRESH

Fundraising

A fundraise ops suite

Running a raise is a second full-time job. These agents prep every investor call, turn meeting notes into follow-ups and CRM updates, and keep the contact list fresh, all before Monday morning.

About 10 hours a week back

FIG. 08 · THE CHASE-BOT EVERY THURSDAY TIMESHEETS Dana T. Marco R. Priya S. NUDGED $12K FOUND

Education services

A timesheet chase-bot

Their ops lead spent her week chasing tutors to confirm lessons. Now a bot posts who's behind every Thursday and nudges them automatically.

Found $12K of unbilled work on day one

FIG. 09 · THE MATCH CLIENTS PROVIDERS MATCHED HUMAN OK

Owner-led services

An intake-to-match pipeline

They were matching clients to providers by hand. Now an intake call turns into a matched provider with a human giving the final OK. Found and fixed a nasty background-check bug while I was in there.

Nobody matches by hand anymore

FIG. 10 · THE FLEET FRI BRIEF FOLLOW-UPS MON AUDIT Your week, run

Operating cadence

A chief-of-staff agent fleet

Agents that run my own week: a Friday briefing that tracks commitments and blind spots, meeting follow-ups that draft themselves, and a Monday audit that flags stale scorecard updates.
